Being the pioneer founding member of Ardent MCL team, he drives the organization towards the modernization and globalization touch with his strong affiliation with outside world. As the Director of Ardent, he provides direction, organizing
the management-sourcing and conducting the operations of the organization solely. He also creates a platform for the young to develop his/her career to match the vibrant world.
He played a pioneering role in the Ad industry by affiliating with ICC, FIFA, AFC and prominent world sports TV channels like ESPN, TEN Sports, Total Sports,etc. Through his organization Ardent MCL, he
provides a complete solution for both social and marketing campaign strategies. His good relation with print media and electronic media helps growing his business.
He does not forget his surroundings or village living urban life and pursuing busy career like others. Being a Social Worker, he has taken a good initiative to renovate and develop his elementary school where he learns Ka, Kha, Ga in his village and also is the part of socio-economic development in his village.
